A judicial six for the Court of Appeal

One Lady Justice and five Lord Justices of Appeal have been approved for appointment. Mrs Justice Thirlwall, Mr Justice Flaux, Mr Justice Henderson, Mr Justice Hickinbottom, Mr Justice Irwin and Mr Justice Moylan will join the Court of Appeal this autumn. They will replace Sir Terence Etherton, who takes up office as Master of the Rolls on 3 October, as well as retiring Lord Justices.
