He is currently one of the leading partners in the pensions practice at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer where he became a partner in 1998. His practice covers all aspects of occupational pensions law with particular focus on corporate advisory and transactional work. He also advises scheme trustees.
Dan will join Herbert Smith's highly rated three partner pensions practice comprising partners Ian Gault, Alison Brown and Roderick Morton, all of whom are recognised as leaders in the field.
