Fladgate LLP has announced the appointment of partner Gary Smith, who has joined the firm from Osborne Clarke.
Gary specialises in real estate finance, corporate lending and leveraged finance, working both domestically and cross border.
His appointment is part of the firm’s continuing strategy to identify senior individuals with the expertise to enhance our teams and his extensive expertise will complement our existing strengths in banking and finance.
Commenting on the appointment, chairman, Charles Wander said: “This appointment is the latest in a number of strategic hires that we have announced in recent months and we are delighted to welcome Gary to Fladgate. With his background and his links with banks and funders, he will make a significant contribution to the development of our banking and finance team”.
