LawCare, the charity for legal professionals, has launched a free online course for managers, partners, wellbeing leads, learning and development and human resources professionals
The course, ‘Supporting legal workplace wellbeing’, provides evidence-based practical advice on creating an office environment where people feel supported and able to speak openly.
It is the third in LawCare’s Fit for Law series of courses, a collaboration between the charity and academics at the University of Sheffield and the Open University.
Trish McLellan, interim CEO, LawCare, said: ‘Workplace culture and the way people are managed can have a big impact on wellbeing.’
