We have a fee earner position available in our busy Family Department based in the Cotswold market town of Chippenham. The candidate should have up to 5 years’ experience and should be able to undertake all aspects of Private family law.
You will have experience dealing with divorce/dissolution, matrimonial financial settlements, injunctions, cohabitation agreements, pre-nuptial agreements, private children matters and non-married couples’ separation to include TOLATA claims.
You will be provided with support and be part of a wider team that works across all offices.
