Priestleys Attorneys in the Cayman Islands is looking to recruit an Attorney-at-Law specialising in family law to join our busy litigation and dispute resolution department and to develop our family law practice:
Associate Attorney
Minimum 7 years’ post qualification experience in the field of litigation is required with a particular emphasis on family law and advocacy.
The successful candidate must be highly experienced in all aspects of family law including but not limited to divorce, financial relief, custody and maintenance proceedings as well as drafting pre- and post-nuptial agreements. The successful candidate must also be able to onboard clients, advise, and to draft pleadings, evidence and all other necessary documentation. The role will require a willingness to undertake appearances in court at trial and at interlocutory stage.
The successful candidate should have the ability to operate with limited supervision and under considerable pressure, be a self-starter and be able to show a proactive approach to business development. Excellent academics and top tier firm or good chambers pedigree essential.
Salary range US$150,000 to US$160,000. Discretionary bonus and benefits as prescribed by law and possible relocation package.
