Law firms are having to make quick decisions to get cloud-based software in place now that everyone’s working remotely 

‘Law firms are adopting a virtual organisational model, accelerating the shift to the cloud as many firms adapt to enforced remote working conditions,’ says Damian Donovan, UK Sales Director at practice management software company Actionstep.

But how can you be sure the systems you are considering are fully cloud-based? Damian explains that some software providers use the word ‘cloud’ fairly loosely in the attached article.
