The Working Group on Reform of the Patents County Court (PCC) has called for comments on its proposals for reform.The PCC provides an affordable forum for intellectual property litigation for small and medium sized enterprises. It has set up a working group to formulate proposals for reform, with a view to submitting these to the Jackson Review into litigation costs.
