Firm expands corporate team with new legal director

Social purpose law firm Anthony Collins has announced the appointment of legal director Joe Mulrenan, who joins from HCR Law.

Joe has over ten years’ experience, advising organisations in the health and social care sector on topics such as specialist care, supported living and children’s care.

He has also acted for financial institutions and entrepreneurs, supporting them through complex mergers and acquisitions transactions. His experience also spans the manufacturing and communications sectors.

Laura Jordan, partner and head of corporate at Anthony Collins, said: ‘I’m delighted to welcome Joe to our expanding corporate team. He comes with a strong track record and reputation in the mid-market space for his consistency in supporting and completing deals successfully.
