IPCO (Nigeria) Ltd v Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation, [2017] UKSC 16, [2017] All ER (D) 09 (Mar)

The Supreme Court allowed the appeal by Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) against an order made by the Court of Appeal, Civil Division, requiring NNPC to provide further security for the whole of the principal sum due under an arbitration award made in Nigeria in favour of IPCO (Nigeria) Ltd (IPCO) that IPCO was seeking to enforce in the UK.
