Birkett Long—Veronika Koenig-Roach

Corporate & commercial specialist joins the team

Birkett Long has bolstered the Basildon team with the appointment of solicitor Veronika Koenig-Roach.

Veronika, who joins the firm from CKR Law’s London office, specialises in advising on corporate and commercial law, and also provides expertise in technology and IP law. Her areas of experience include company law, financial regulation, equity capital markets and public offerings, and cross-border transactions.  

She commented: ‘As a corporate lawyer, I enjoy the constant challenge, varied type of work and being able to help navigate other business professionals and entrepreneurs through the legal matrix.

 ‘Everyone at Birkett Long that I have met to date has made me feel very welcome. The team in Basildon has been very friendly and supportive.  I look forward to gradually meeting all of my colleagues and to become a true part of Birkett Long.’
