Charles McAuley from HBJ Gateley Wareing has been shortlisted by the judging panel for the Paralegal of the Year Award at this year’s Law Awards of Scotland.
He has handled cases including actions against travellers illegally occupying private land and instructing hearings for solicitors based outside Edinburgh and for local authorities in the Court of Session.
Winners will be announced on the 16 September 2010 at the Hilton, Glasgow.
