CIArb in Canada

The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) has launched a branch in Canada. Dr Paul A Tichauer, who leads the new Branch, said: ‘We have formed a Canadian branch in order to give greater visibility to Canada as an exceptionally attractive venue for arbitration.’ The launch brings the number of CIArb branches to 38.
