Commercial litigation team expands with Manchester arrival

National firm Clarke Willmott LLP has strengthened its Manchester team with the addition of commercial litigation solicitor Geraldine Stephens.

Geraldine joins the firm from Blackstone Solicitors in south Manchester, and has previously worked at O’Neill Patient Solicitors. She has seven years of experience as a solicitor, and advises on contractual and shareholder disputes, professional negligence, landlord and tenant disputes and contentious probate. She is the current president of the Trafford Law Society, a role she has held since 2017.

Geraldine said: ‘I have only heard great things about Clarke Willmott. It is a leading commercial outfit with a great reputation. I am very much looking forward to working with such a talented and ambitious team in a very progressive firm.’

Partner John Flint, head of the commercial litigation team, also commented: ‘I am delighted to welcome Geraldine who brings a wealth of commercial litigation experience to our team. Our reputation in Manchester continues to grow and I look forward to working with her to further strengthen our position in the market.’
