Specialist partnership and employment firm CM Murray has announced the appointment of Beth Hale as partner and general counsel.
Beth, who joined the firm in February 2018 as a technical director after more than 12 years with Stephenson Harwood, is a specialist in employment and partnership law. Her fields of expertise include advising corporate clients on the employment aspects of M&A deals, restructurings and outsourcing; discrimination, harassment and whistleblowing issues; and litigation in both the Employment Tribunal and the High Court.
Clare Murray, managing partner at CM Murray, said: ‘Beth’s appointment consolidates our reputation as a leading specialist employment and partnership law firm and further cements our Tier One reputation for partnership law and international senior executive issues.
‘Beth's experience and expertise at the sharp end of contentious litigation, particularly acting in complex employment and partnership disputes, perfectly complements the international expertise of our outstanding group of partners in London.’
