The City of London Law Society (CLLS) has launched the second edition of its Development Management Agreement for commercial property firms. Compiled by the CLLS’s Land Law Committee and produced by a number of City firms, the precedent document is intended to act as a key resource for commercial property practices. Following the launch of the first edition in 2015, the newly updated agreement reflects the latest changes to the regulatory framework and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors valuation standards. The document is free to view, and available here.
