“Human rights & wrongs”: the cases highlighted by Professor Susan Nash in last week’s public law update (NLJ, 13 March 2009, pp 384–385) were considered by the European Court of Human Rights. A report in last week’s news, “All eyes on opticians” (NLJ, 13 March 2009, p 360) should have stated that England and Wales had one lawyer to every 400 people.
