CPR changes

Lawyers are invited to respond to a Ministry of Justice consultation Appeals to the Court of Appeal: proposed amendments to Civil Procedure Rules and Practice Directions. The proposed changes would affect appeals to the Court of Appeal and wider changes to the civil justice system. Responses must be received no later than 5pm on 24 June 2016.
