FF v KF [2017] EWHC 1093 (Fam), [2017] All ER (D) 94 (May)

The Family Division dismissed a husband’s appeal against a judge’s award of £4.5m to his wife to meet her needs following the breakdown of their marriage, which had lasted less than two years. The judge’s assessment of the wife’s immediate needs, and of her future quotidian need, had been well within the discretion vested in him by Parliament.
