Bovill has appointed financial services regulation specialist Edward Black as a principal. Black joins from US law firm Katten Muchin Rosenman, where he was a partner for nine years. He has practiced in the regulatory area for almost 25 years and for over 20 years of that time in the London offices of US-based firms, including Field Fisher Waterhouse and Denton Wilde Sapte.
