The accolade recognises UK organisations that are leading on gender diversity, and is assessed by a team from Business in the Community’s Opportunity Now campaign. Colin Passmore, senior partner at Simmons & Simmons, which features in the list for the third year running, says: “We remain committed to doing more.”
