Trio of appointments strengthens legal team

ESP Solicitors has announced the appointment of Raff Hussain to enhance its immigration expertise. Raff brings a wealth of experience in assisting businesses with sponsorship licenses, recruiting migrant workers, and navigating skilled worker applications. Charlotte Ashton, Head of Immigration, commented, 'We are thrilled to welcome Raff to our team. Katharine Sherratt joins the firm from a large public sector organization, where she spent 12 years as an in-house solicitor. Katharine provides pragmatic and strategic advice tailored to clients' business needs, covering areas such as redundancy, TUPE, and discrimination.

Daniel Rawcliffe, with 15 years of experience in employment law across multiple firms, joins ESP Solicitors as a new associate. His ability to deliver exceptional legal services across various sectors will further enhance ESP HR's capabilities in complex employment law matters.
