Excello Law—Dorman Joseph Wachtel

Merger between commercial and new-model firms

London commercial law firm Dorman Joseph Wachtel has merged with national firm Excello Law.

Dorman Joseph Wachtel, which is based in Aldgate, focuses on providing services in commercial property, litigation, corporate and employment law. Following the merger with Excello Law, partners Michael Wachtel and Paul Joseph and consultant Edward Friend will move to its property and corporate teams.

Michael commented: ‘We are delighted to have merged with the forward-thinking and innovative Excello Law whose infrastructure and support will benefit our clients and enable us to offer and provide legal services to them through the additional expertise of their specialists in other disciplines not previously covered by us.’

Excello founder and managing director George Bisnought added: ‘Michael, Paul and Edward enjoy a first-class reputation as experienced corporate, litigation and property specialists, and we are delighted to welcome them to Excello Law. A key factor in their decision was our experience of supporting team moves, giving them the freedom to expand their business with the backing and infrastructure of Excello Law, while offering additional expertise to their clients from across the breadth of our commercial, private client and family specialists.’
