Agriculture and estates solicitor joins Excello Law

Excello Law has announced the addition of Edward Worthy, a highly regarded Agriculture and Estates solicitor, to its national Agriculture & Estates Team. With an impressive track record in handling a wide range of rural issues, Edward's expertise and dedication to providing exceptional legal counsel make him a valuable asset to the firm and its clients.

At Excello Law, a commitment to excellence is at the heart of everything we do. We pride ourselves on delivering innovative and tailored legal solutions, and Edward Worthy's addition to our team further strengthens this commitment.

Edward brings a wealth of experience in dealing with matters concerning landed estates and owner-managed farm businesses. His comprehensive skill set includes land registration, farmland development, solar and battery options, biodiversity net gain agreements, mineral extraction, agricultural tenancies, public access issues, and various rural freehold and leasehold work.

'I am delighted to be a part of Excello Law's national Agriculture & Estates Team,' says Edward Worthy. 'Excello allows me to focus exclusively on delivering a first-class service to clients, without the distraction of traditional law firm management responsibilities. More than that—Excello allows me to give my clients the benefit of advice from other specialists who are national experts in their field. I was particularly impressed with the substantial Agriculture & Estates offering at Excello.'

Edward's passion for rural matters extends beyond his legal practice. He actively participates in farming organisations, notably having served on the National Legal, Parliamentary, and Property Rights Committee of the CLA (Country Land and Business Association).

Prior to joining Excello Law, Edward held a key position as the Head of the Agriculture & Estates Team at Gepp Solicitors in Chelmsford, where he honed his expertise in the industry. With connections in the Home Counties and the South West, Edward is thrilled to extend his advisory services to clients in the Eastern Region and beyond.

'We are excited to welcome Edward Worthy to our esteemed team of legal professionals,' says Jo Losty, COO at Excello Law. 'His profound knowledge and passion for agriculture and estates law align perfectly with our commitment to delivering excellent legal solutions. Edward's presence will undoubtedly bolster our offerings and further benefit our valued clients.'

Edward Worthy's appointment reinforces Excello Law's dedication to providing legal counsel to clients with diverse rural interests. His expertise and enthusiasm for his field are poised to make a significant impact, elevating the firm's standing in the legal sector.
