Firm appoints agriculture & dispute resolution specialists
New-model firm Excello Law has welcomed two additions to bolster its agriculture and dispute resolution teams.
Richard Williams has joined the practice in Chester after five years as a solicitor with Knights. He specialises in advising on agricultural, estates and private client matters, and has more than 20 years of experience acting for landowners.
He commented: ‘The ability to work in an agile manner at Excello is a massive bonus for me and—I believe—my clients who want me to be responsive and available when it suits them. I am very much looking forward to being part of the team at Excello and helping to grow the business in Chester.’
Additionally, dispute resolution specialist Paul Lever has joined the firm in Leeds from Coupe Bradbury.
Paul’s experience in the field includes commercial litigation and property disputes, as well as personal injury claims and clinical disputes, and contentious private client matters.
Commenting on his move, Paul said: ‘I am excited to be joining a slick, professional and flexible organisation like Excello which is at the forefront of development of a modern method of servicing clients with traditional values. Their bespoke approach to clients rather than a one-size fits all approach is much needed in the modern legal market.’
