Excello Law—Robert Lyons

Corporate specialist joins the team

New-model firm Excello Law has welcomed corporate specialist Robert Lyons to the team.

Robert joins the firm from his former position of partner in the corporate department at Taylor Vintners; he has also previously been a partner with firms Blake Morgan and Shepherd and Wedderburn. He brings with him ample experience in corporate law, including advising on cross-border M&A transactions, IPOs, private equity and venture capital fund raises, and joint ventures. His clients have included multinational corporations, fund managers and corporate finance boutiques.

Robert commented: ‘I am delighted to be joining the team at Excello Law. The Excello model allows its lawyers to work in a flexible and dynamic way and in a manner that allows them to focus solely on the needs of their clients. I am very much looking forward to working in this environment.’

Excello Law’s director Joanne Losty added: ‘Robert has significant expertise in national and cross-border M&A and associated work in a wide variety of industry sectors and will bring added value to our London corporate team.  We’re delighted to welcome him to the firm.’
