A two-week rapid consultation on remote, hybrid and in-person hearings in the family justice system and Court of Protection has been launched by Sir Andrew McFarlane, president of the Family Division.
The research will be carried out by the Nuffield Family Justice Observatory, an independent organisation that provides data on family justice, and will focus on identifying good practice with a view to deciding future ways of working.
