A Local Authority v Mother and another [2017] All ER (D) 81 (Sep), [2017] Lexis Citation 291

From the options available in respect of a five-month-old girl, G, the only option that was in her interests was adoptive placement. The Family Court held that it was overwhelmingly clear that, if G were to be returned to her mother, the mother would not be able to care for her adequately even at the most basic level.
