Insurance specialist announces triple hire

Insurance disputes specialist firm Fenchurch Law has announced the expansion of its team with a trio of hires.

Laura Steer (left) has joined as a senior associate from Holman Fenwick Willan, where she worked for almost seven years. She is highly experienced representing policyholders, insurers and reinsurers in contentious matters, and focuses in particular on energy and property risks.

Joining as associate is James Breese (centre), who joins the firm from Clyde & Co. He brings with him a wealth of experience in acting on behalf of insurers in a range of disputes,

Daniel Robin (right) has also joined the firm as an associate, after almost two years with DWF in Leeds. He is widely experienced across the commercial insurance industry, having worked as a panel solicitor for insurers, as an insurance broker, and as a claims handler. He advises on matters including professional liability, property damage and commercial combined policies.

David Pryce, managing partner of Fenchurch Law, commented: ‘We are continuing to invest in the growth of what is already the UK’s largest team of policyholder—focused insurance disputes solicitors. Fresh from retaining our Tier one ranking in the Legal 500, and being described as a “genuine leader in our field, we’re excited about the range of skills and experience that Laura, James and Daniel will bring to our clients.’
