First legal executive partner

The first legal executive to be made a partner under the new rules for legal disciplinary practices (LDPs) is Nick Hanning, of Poole firm RWPS LLP. He is a personal injury lawyer specialising in occupational stress claims, particularly bullying and harassment. Hanning said his appointment would “clarify my position with clients, suppliers and other bodies”.
