Litigator joins the team as partner

Fladgate LLP has announced the appointment of Ben Drew as a partner in the dispute resolution team.

Joining from Osborne Clarke, where he held the position of associate director, Ben is an experienced litigator who specialises in commercial and financial services disputes. He has acted for a range of international investment and commercial banks and professional service firms, and also provides expertise in contentious insolvency matters.

Simon Ekins, Fladgate’s head of dispute resolution, commented: ‘Ben’s appointment reflects our continued commitment to building strength in depth in our core practices and to further developing our specialist capabilities. He is a natural fit for Fladgate and his broad range of experience will make him an excellent addition to the firm as we continue to expand our disputes team.’

Ben added: ‘I am very excited about having the opportunity to develop the obvious synergies which exist between my practice and that of the wider Fladgate team.’
