London firm Fladgate LLP has announced the appointment of Bree Taylor as the head of its dispute resolution practice.
Bree, a partner with the firm for four years, is a highly experienced commercial litigator. Her experience in the field includes handling fraud claims against major UK banks, and joint venture disputes between publicly listed companies in the oil and gas sector. She also frequently acts for liquidators and administrators on claims arising out of company insolvencies, and defends directors from breach of duty claims. In addition, Bree is the head of Fladgate’s aviation (enforcement and recovery) team, acting for major European aircraft leasing companies in contentious aviation cases.
Commenting on Bree’s appointment, Fladgate’s chairman Richard Reuben said: ‘We are very excited that Bree is leading our Disputes Resolution team. Since joining us in 2015, Bree has been an energetic and effective member of the team and we are looking forward to Bree taking the team on through the next stage of its growth and development.’
Bree added: ‘I am looking forward to leading this fantastic team of people as we expand to meet our clients’ ever-changing needs in ever more complex times.’
