Fladgate—Simon Kanter & Alan Karsberg

Property pair join as partners

Fladgate LLP has welcomed two partners to its real estate department, Simon Kanter and Alan Karsberg, both of whom join the firm from CMS.

Simon and Alan both bring extensive expertise of large-scale real estate transactions, asset management and corporate occupier work.

Fladgate chairman Richard Reuben said of their appointments: ‘Simon and Alan have a long track record of success and we are delighted that lawyers of this calibre are joining Fladgate. It is a testament to the strength of our existing platform and the firm’s ambitions that they have chosen to come across to us.’
