  • Claire is based in the firm’s Preston office, and works on a range of property transactions with the home ownership team, as part of the housing and regeneration department.
  • Joe also works as part of the housing and regeneration team in Preston, and focuses on acting for registered providers of social housing.
  • Trishna, based in the central Lancashire office, is a member of the employment team, and primarily works with commercial clients. She advises on HR support, disciplinary investigations and tribunal cases.
  • Yara has also qualified into the employment department, where she acts for education establishments and public and private sector clients. She is based between the Leeds and Preston offices.
  • Abigail, in the central Lancashire office, focuses on advising commercial clients on employment matters, as well as working with local authorities and housing associations.

Forbes Solicitors’ senior partner Siobhan Hardy said: ‘We are delighted that Claire, Joe, Trishna, Yara and Abigail are beginning the next stage of their careers with us and are continuing the growth of our employment and housing and regeneration offering to clients. I wish them every success in their legal careers with us at Forbes Solicitors.’
