Fox Williams adds third partner to travel practice

Fox Williams has announced the arrival of partner, Farina Azam, to strengthen further its top-ranked travel practice.

Farina specialises in providing regulatory advice and advising on commercial and technology contracts in the travel industry. She joins from Deloitte in London.

Farina has over 12 years of expertise in the travel industry with experience in drafting and advising on commercial and technology agreements, as well as giving regulatory advice on issues such as the Package Travel Regulations and ATOL Regulations.

Farina says: 'It’s a pleasure to be joining Fox Williams and to bring my commercial and travel regulatory expertise to the firm. I’m very keen to start contributing to such a highly respected team in the industry.'

Farina’s arrival takes the total number of partners in Fox Williams’ travel team to three, following Lucy England’s arrival in March 2021 and Rhys Griffiths who joined in March 2019 to lead the travel group.

Rhys says: 'Farina is a regulatory expert and brings in-depth knowledge of how the travel industry works today. Her commercial expertise means she is well placed to advise our travel clients on their most pressing issues. The travel industry is a highly successful area of focus for Fox Williams, particularly in relation to online travel, and Farina’s arrival will ensure our team goes from strength to strength.'

Senior Partner, Gavin Foggo, says: 'We’re delighted to welcome Farina to the firm. She complements our market leading offering in the travel industry and her arrival will ensure we continue to provide our clients with the legal support and expertise they rely on.'
