Firm strengthens its property team
South East firm Furley Page has bolstered the real estate team with the appointment of commercial property expert Rupert Cox, and the addition of associate Anna Joiner to the Canterbury office.
Rupert (pictured) qualified to practice in 2016, and has joined the firm after almost two years at Brachers LLP. He specialises in handling commercial property matters, advising a wide range of clients including developers, businesses and individuals.
Residential property specialist Anna Joiner has been with the firm since 2004, and for the past 12 years has been based in the Whitstable office. She has now relocated to the firm’s head office in Canterbury to support its residential property team.
Furley Page’s managing partner and head of real estate Jeremy Licence commented: ‘I am delighted to welcome Rupert to Furley Page and to announce that Anna is joining the team here in Canterbury. These strategic appointments have significantly bolstered our real estate team and strengthened our service offering to clients.
‘Anna and Rupert are both excellent lawyers. Aside from their knowledge and experience they are both very practical lawyers who have a real sense of obtaining the best outcome for clients. I am certain that they will make an important contribution towards our ambitious growth plans.’
