Firm appoints commercial property specialist

Scottish firm Gillespie Macandrew has welcomed Andrew Yule to the practice as legal director.

Andrew, who joins the firm from a director position at Burness Paull, has more than 15 years of experience in commercial property matters. He formerly spent three years working for a master-developer in Dubai, and offers experience advising on hotel, retail, residential and office developments. He acts for a range of client including major housebuilders and real estate investors, and is qualified to practise in both England and Scotland.

Gillespie Macandrew CEO Robert Graham-Campbell commented: ‘Andrew’s appointment is representative of the firm’s focus on organic growth. He has extensive experience in commercial property which will be of particular importance to our clients. We are very much looking forward to the expertise and experience he will bring to our firm.’
