Partner & senior counsel promotions for employment specialists

Specialist employment firm GQ|Littler has bolstered the team with the promotions of Raoul Parekh to partner and Caroline Baker to senior counsel.

Raoul (pictured) has been part of the firm since 2015, when he joined from Baker McKenzie. He handles a wide range of advisory, contentious and transactional employment issues, including international HR projects and employment tribunal litigation. Raoul commented: ‘I’m delighted to be joining the partnership at GQ|Littler and to be contributing to the firm’s next phase of growth.’

Caroline joined GQ|Littler in 2011 after working at Slaughter & May. She handles employment matters spanning board-level exits, restructurings, employment tribunal litigation and regulatory issues. Caroline said: ‘It’s been very exciting to see GQ|Littler develop since I joined seven years ago and I am excited to start the next stage of my career, and develop new opportunities for the firm.;

Managing partner Jon Gilligan also commented: ‘Raoul and Caroline have made major contributions to the development of GQ|Littler, which is now part of the world’s largest specialist employment law practice. They both very much deserve these promotions and we look forward to their continued contribution to our growth.’
