The Civil Court Practice, the recognised authority on the Civil Procedure Rules, is now dually branded as The Green Book on Lexis Nexis’s online service.

Kate Pamphilon, senior developer in content acquisition for Lexis Nexis, says the change reflects its common usage among practitioners and law librarians and will make the text easier to find on the online service, LexisLibrary.

A special issue of the Green Book will also be published later this month to mark the opening of the Supreme Court.
