London law firm appoints Court of Protection and Private Client partner

Hodge Jones & Allen has recently announced the appointment of Simon Egan as a new Partner within the Court of Protection and Private Client Department.

Bringing a wealth of expertise to this busy team, led by Philippa Barton, Simon is a knowledgeable and experienced Court of Protection lawyer whose work covers administering deputyships, creation of trusts, will and probate matters. In addition, Simon advises clients on estate administration, taxation matters and care home funding.

With over 15 years’ experience, Simon has built his career working with a number of law firms with specialist private client departments in Greater Manchester. 

Simon is a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the Court of Protection Practitioners Association (COPPA) and the Professional Deputies Forum.
