Howard Kennedy—Rosie Burbidge

Intellectual property team welcomes partner and fashion law expert

London law firm Howard Kennedy announces the appointment of Rosie Burbidge as a partner in its Intellectual Property (IP) team.

Rosie brings extensive experience advising clients on the protection, management, and enforcement of their IP on a global scale. Rosie advises clients across many sectors including retail and leisure, particularly fashion, as well as consumer brands and technology. She is the author of the book European Fashion Law (2019), which sets out the main legal issues that all fashion businesses need to be aware of to thrive in the modern marketplace.
