Private wealth partner joins the team in Cardiff

Law firm Hugh James has bolstered its private wealth offering with the arrival of Elizabeth Webbe, who joins as a partner in the firm’s Cardiff headquarters.

Elizabeth comes on board from Trethowans LLP in Salisbury, which she joined in 2001 as head of private client. She has more than 25 years of experience in tax planning, wills, trusts and family wealth succession planning. She specialises in advising high net worth individuals, business owners and landed estates with regard to both onshore and offshore assets. Elizabeth is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Elizabeth said: ‘I am delighted to be joining the team at Hugh James where I am keen to grow the firm’s client base nationally. Hugh James has an excellent reputation, particularly for private wealth services. I focus on creating individual, tailored solutions for families, so they can enjoy the fruits of their labours, while also ensuring that future generations are planned for, in a tax efficient manner.’
