Firm bolsters family team with partner addition
The Lincoln’s Inn-based Hunter Solicitors has welcomed Jay Patel as partner in its family department.
With more than 20 years of experience, Jay offers specialised expertise in high net worth divorce cases, both international and domestic. He also advises on children matters, including child abduction and applications for leave to remove children, with a particular track record in working with clients from Iranian and Indian communities. As well as frequently handling litigation cases, he is also a qualified family mediator with family law organisation Resolution.
Jay stated: ‘I am delighted to be joining the family team at Hunters and am greatly looking forward to working with my new colleagues who have such a wide experience and expertise in this area of practice. As leaders in the private client arena, the firm provides exciting prospects for future development, as well as great overlap with my existing practice.’
