R (on the application of FR (Albania) and another) v Secretary of State for the Home Department [2016] EWCA Civ 605, [2016] All ER (D) 101 (Jul)

The Court of Appeal set aside the defendant secretary of state’s decisions certifying the appellant Albanian nationals’ applications for refugee status and their human rights claims, based on blood feuds, as clearly unfounded. On the facts, it could not be said that the claims admitted of only one answer before a tribunal.
