Immigration (Leave to Enter and Remain) (Amendment) Order 2010 (SI 2010/Draft)

Amends the Immigration (Leave to Enterand Remain) Order 2000 (SI 2000/1161) to give certain arriving passengers who enter the UK through an automated gate leave to enter the UK automatically.
