London firm appoints a clutch of property solicitors

Joelson has appointed four new property solicitors to its team, in response to increased demand for its services.

Solicitors Tegan Cummins (pictured), Kerry Coleman, Rory Holland and Jude Salmon joined the London firm in June.

Tegan joins from DLA Piper’s London office. She began her legal career in Australia, where she qualified in 2011 and worked on commercial property matters. Kerry joins from property law practice Ashley Wilson Solicitors, where she specialised in landlord and tenant issues, gaining experience at court and tribunal.

Rory joins from a West End law firm, and focuses on residential property matters, including new build and off plan, financing and contract assignments. His experience includes working on the purchase of a grade 1 listed castle and scheduled monument.

Jude joins from property law firm Lester Aldridge in the South East, where he worked on commercial property matters.

David Merson, property partner, said: ‘We continue to see exceptional growth in demand for our services as London continues to be a hub for property transactions and new construction. Tegan, Kerry, Rory and Jude each bring with them unique specialities which will help us to continue to deliver a wide range of exceptional legal services to our diverse client base.’

In the past 12 months, the firm’s property department has also welcomed solicitor Laura Bushaway, and launched a specialist construction law team with the help of its new partner Myles Levy.
