Justice Gloster Commercial court

The lord chief justice has announced the appointment of Mrs Justice Gloster DBE as judge in charge of the commercial court.

In 2004 she was appointed a High Court Judge in the Queen’s Bench Division and authorised to sit in the commercial court. She succeeds Mr Justice Gross who has been promoted to the Court of Appeal with effect from 9 July.
