Criminal Justice Act 2003 (Commencement No 14 and Transitional Provision) Order 2006 (SI 2006/3217):

Brought into force, from 1 January 2007, ss 14 and 15(1) and (2), CJA 2003 (restrictions on bail) in relation to offences where the defendant is liable to a life sentence. See Home Office Circular 39/2006.
