Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 (Commencement No 7 and Transitional Provision) Order 2006 (SI 2006/3423)
Sections 17 to 21—trial by jury of sample counts only—and s 30—prosecution appeals—of the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 were brought into force for cases sent for trial from 8 January 2007.
