Findings of dishonesty in proceedings against a solicitor by the Solicitors’ Disciplinary Tribunal are inadmissible in evidence in a subsequent partnership action. It is not an abuse of the process of the court for that solicitor in those proceedings to challenge, by way of collateral attack, the tribunal’s conclusions.
